Why I Do This Work
For years, I wore a smile while silently suffering — gaslit, diminished, emotionally drained. I know what it’s like to question your worth, your sanity, and even your faith because of narcissistic abuse. But I also know what it means to heal, rebuild, and rise.
My journey from victim to victor wasn’t easy, but it was sacred. Through prayer, Scripture, Holy Spirit-led healing, journaling, no-contact boundaries, and radical self-love, I found my way back to myself — and to God.
Now, I’ve made it my mission to walk beside women on their own path to freedom, inner peace, and emotional restoration.
